Drivers use this site in a cab, on a phone, at a truck stop, at night. Some use a screen reader. Some use a keyboard and never touch a mouse. Some need bigger text. The site is built to work that way.
The standard we work to
We work to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. It is the standard courts and regulators point to when they talk about websites and the Americans with Disabilities Act. No government agency hands out an accessibility certificate, so nobody has one. What we can tell you is the standard we test against and the date we last did it.
How we test
Every page gets three checks. An automated rule set runs on every build, so a change that breaks something fails before it ships. A browser scan runs the axe-core engine against every page as a person would actually see it. Then we tab through each page by keyboard to confirm you can reach everything and always see where you are.
We also check every text color against its background by hand, and record the ratio. Small gray text on a pale panel is the most common way a site fails this standard.
What is not done yet
This is the honest list. We would rather write it down than let you find it.
- No test with a real screen reader yet. We check what a screen reader would be handed, which catches most problems, but a person using VoiceOver or NVDA end to end is not the same thing. That test is planned.
- We have not tested every browser or assistive-technology combination. Signed-in account and review pages were scanned in Chromium, and key pages were rendered in Firefox at a 320-pixel viewport. That is useful coverage, but it is not every device, browser, zoom level, or accessibility tool people may use.
If something blocks you
Email support@hahatech.team and tell us the page and what happened. You do not need to know the technical name for it. “I could not get past the search box with my keyboard” is a perfect report.
We reply within 10 business days. If the fix is quick we ship it and tell you. If it is not, we tell you that, and what we are doing instead so you can still get what you came for.
This page is reviewed whenever the site is tested again. The date at the top is the last time that happened.
