Service 03

A right to answer, without a right to buy the result.

Carrier representatives can prove control of a DOT number, post a public response, and file a dispute on a defined ground. Those tools are separate from scoring and are never sold as reputation management.

Claim a carrier

Confirm control through the carrier’s official record and manage seats for authorized representatives. Claiming a profile does not alter the federal source data or the Health Score.

Respond publicly

When driver reports open, a carrier can post a permanent public response that appears with the report.

Open a dispute

Disputes use a closed list of grounds, become public when filed, and end with a published resolution and rationale.

Free and non-preferential

Carrier access, responses, and disputes are free. Payment cannot change queue position, scoring, evidence standards, or outcome.
